  • Conduct over-inspection and DQR product release processes in customer portals for outgoing shipments.
  • Manage non-conformance (NC) and discrepancy material (DMR) transactions within the manufacturing software system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in quality control and inspection of machined components within the aerospace sector.
  • Previous certification as a customer DSQR/DQR for aerospace OEM clients such as Collins Aerospace, GE Aviation, or Pratt & Whitney Aircraft.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a small team towards collective goals, with strong communication skills to foster rapport among diverse team members.
  • A commitment to accountability for both personal and team performance, demonstrating a results-driven approach with a sense of urgency.
  • Advanced proficiency in layout, inspection, and the use of standard hand tools and measuring instruments for small precision machined components, capable of accurately measuring tolerances of less than 0.0001".
