Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with development teams and stakeholders to devise optimal testing strategies and practices.
  • Assist in resolving issues that arise during quality assurance in accordance with design principles and user requirements.
  • Participate in testing processes for both new and legacy technologies.
  • Adhere to established testing standards and utilize them effectively.
  • Communicate with users and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
  • Produce automated functional tests, regression tests, and load tests tailored to ETL and data conversion.
  • Create automated test scenarios for Agile teams to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze database architecture and develop test scripts for data integration.
  • Design and implement ETL testing scripts that align with data ingestion and cleansing solutions.
  • Validate data flows and ETL processes in accordance with business requirements.
  • Construct complex SQL queries to verify data migration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in database testing with SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle.
  • Ensure the integrity of data conversion strategies from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Engage in all phases of data management, including requirements gathering and performance optimization.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deliver both business and technical value through organized and proactive work.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Possess extensive experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and continuous integration practices.
  • Knowledge of various testing types, including web application and performance testing.
  • Understanding of QA best practices in Agile environments.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development and relevant testing tools.
