Position Summary

The Client Success Advocate (CSA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence at client sites within their designated region. This dynamic field position encompasses various domains such as food safety, quality assurance, training, technology, marketing, finance, and troubleshooting. CSAs formulate strategic account initiatives, conduct business evaluations, and execute process enhancements to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and execution of designated locations, including reporting and employee training.
  • Initiate new locations and instruct staff on operational procedures and software applications.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to enhance operations, sales, and profitability.
  • Understand and address clients' needs through onsite engagements.
  • Collaborate with location teams to devise action plans aimed at boosting sales and profitability.
  • Ensure the quality of salad bars and associated equipment.
  • Complete various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Enjoys a diverse work environment and possesses knowledge in finance, food quality, marketing, and technology.
  • Comprehends business metrics including sales, waste management, gross margin, and logistics.
  • Exhibits a leadership mentality and has a passion for mentoring others.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness, adaptability, and a client-focused approach.
  • Holds relevant educational qualifications or possesses 3+ years of experience along with a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
