Salary Range: 80k - $100k (Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, etc.)
Overview
Rubicon is in search of a Customer Success Manager dedicated to enhancing and expanding our current SaaS clientele. This position is responsible for ensuring our governmental partners fully embrace, utilize, and maximize the RUBICONSmartCity software to elevate their operational efficiency and oversight of daily waste management activities. We seek proactive individuals with a demonstrated history of providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide clients in the adoption of our software solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with government personnel and municipal leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the sanitation sector is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in routing and logistics is required.
- Familiarity with SaaS technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Strong ability to build rapport and relationships across various levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
