As a Registered Professional Nurse in our Radiation Therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and expert care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans and render radiation therapy treatment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of radiation therapy staff, ensuring efficient and effective treatment delivery.
  • Maintain competence in radiation therapy procedures and technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.
  • Oncology experience highly preferred.
  • National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
