Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing enthusiasm and expertise in TTI products.


• Assist in executing strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.


• Foster strong relationships with store associates and management through regular communication.


• Analyze weekly sales data and monthly performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.


• Engage in the TTI Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve measurable results.


• Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store personnel and customers.


• Maintain professional communication with colleagues, customers, and management.


• Organize and execute promotional events, store visits, trade shows, and more.


• Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, and competitors, to effectively assess market potential.


• Ensure optimal product presentation through effective merchandising and inventory management.


• Manage product stock levels and monitor inventory to guarantee product availability.


• Participate in merchandising resets and installations to enhance brand visibility in retail environments.


• Engage directly with customers in the retail setting.

Job Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service is required.


• Must be at least 21 years of age.


• A valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year of driving experience are necessary.


• Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report screenings.


• Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.


• Willingness to relocate for future career advancement opportunities.


• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required throughout the year.


• Capability to work full-time in a retail environment.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, with breaks for meals and rest.


• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.


• Ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary.


• Proficiency in using hands for small object manipulation, tool assembly, and display construction.


• Proficient in MS Office applications.


• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:


• Non-exempt position eligible for overtime.


• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.04 to $25.96, translating to an annual salary target of $50,000 - $54,000.


• Opportunities for sales contests and incentives to increase earnings based on business needs.


• Monthly vehicle allowance of $400, totaling $4,800 annually.
