Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium product lines through one of our major retail partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your sales, account management, and communication skills while advancing your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support and execute strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with store associates and management to build strong relationships.
  • Analyze weekly sales and monthly results to identify opportunities and monitor competition.
  • Engage in the TTI Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve results.
  • Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store associates, management, and customers.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute demonstration events, store visits, trade shows, and more.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, competition, and channels, to effectively analyze market potential.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and product presentation to maintain store aesthetics.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for sales.
  • Participate in merchandising resets and installations to enhance brand visibility in stores.
  • Engage directly with customers in the retail environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report screenings.
  • Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
  • Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work full-time in a retail environment.
  • Physical capability to stand for the duration of shifts, with breaks for meals and rest.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Capability to reach and lift overhead, as well as ascend/descend ladders.
  • Proficient in using hands for small object manipulation, tool assembly, and display construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Non-exempt position with overtime eligibility.
  • Starting hourly wage between $24.04 and $25.96, targeting an annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
  • Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income based on business needs.
  • Vehicle allowance of $400/month, equating to a target of $4800/year.
  • Company-provided smartphone.

  • Eligible for up to 10 paid holidays based on hire date.
  • Accrue up to 104 hours of paid time off in the first year, based on hire date.
