Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our top-tier product lines within one of our key retail partners. This opportunity will enable you to refine your sales, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Assist in executing strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with store associates and management to foster strong relationships.
  • Analyze weekly sales and monthly results to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
  • Engage in the TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to achieve results.
  • Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store personnel and customers.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, store visits, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, competition, and channels.
  • Ensure optimal store and product presentation through effective merchandising and positioning.
  • Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability for sales.
  • Participate in merchandising resets and installations to enhance brand visibility in stores.
  • Engage directly with customers in the retail setting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and a minimum of one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report screenings.
  • Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
  • Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Full-time availability in a retail environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, except during breaks.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Ability to reach and lift overhead, as well as ascend/descend ladders.
  • Proficient in using hands for small object manipulation, tool assembly, and display construction.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
  • Starting hourly wage between $24.04 and $25.96, targeting an annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
  • Incentives and contests to earn additional income aligned with business needs.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $400, equating to a target of $4800 annually.

  • 401K plan with a company match of 50% up to 8% of salary.
  • Eligible for up to 10 paid holidays based on hire date.
