Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premier product lines within key retail partnerships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales, account management, and communication skills while embarking on a rewarding career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
- Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with store associates and management to build strong relationships.
- Analyze weekly sales data and monthly results to identify growth opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
- Engage in the TTI Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve results.
- Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store staff and customers.
- Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, store visits, trade shows, and more.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, and competitors.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product presentation to enhance store aesthetics.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability for sales.
- Participate in merchandising resets and installations to strengthen brand presence.
- Engage directly with customers in the retail environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and a minimum of one year of driving experience.
- Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report screenings.
- Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
- Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to work full-time in a retail environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, except during breaks.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary.
- Proficient in using hands for small object manipulation, tool assembly, and display construction.
- MS Office proficiency is required.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Non-exempt position with overtime eligibility.
- Starting hourly wage between $24.04 and $25.96, targeting an annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
- Incentives and contests available for additional earnings.
- Monthly vehicle allowance of $400, totaling $4,800 annually.
