Job Overview

The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include submitting regular sales updates to management, educating potential and existing clients about product features and advantages, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.

In addition to delivering outstanding service, you will be expected to be a proactive, fully engaged team member committed to fostering a positive and energetic environment at The Warehouse Rentals and Supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Employ effective negotiation techniques to finalize sales
  • Promote additional products such as personal protective equipment and supplies
  • Travel within a designated territory to conduct in-person meetings with clients
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals set by the company
  • Keep precise records of leads, accounts, and sales using CRM software
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends
  • Communicate with clients and company staff via phone and email
  • Notify clients of upcoming promotions through regular outreach
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior experience in industrial B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong prioritization and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and documentation
  • Professional demeanor in all workplace interactions
  • Ability to maintain an organized and tidy workspace
Compensation

Base salary plus commission structure.
