Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new-employee background checks and references
  • Secure documentation for work-related incidents/injuries and report claims to the carrier
  • Assist with Health Benefits and Leaves of Absence
  • Monitor various tracking systems for HR programs
  • Assist with scanning documents for employee files and updating HR system
Requirements
  • High School or College Degree, and/or HR Certificate
  • At least 2 Years related experience in Human Resource
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and ADP strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws is essential
