Administrative Coordinator for Executive Leadership

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the executive leadership of Foreclosure Intervention. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic organization, which specializes in real estate solutions and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for the executive leadership
- Handle phone inquiries, directing calls appropriately and offering essential company information
- Take notes, maintain organized files, and manage document-related tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and collating
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
- Plan and execute events such as meetings and client engagements
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Track and process invoices and payments
- Assist with various special projects and additional tasks as required
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in an executive support role or similar administrative position
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in scheduling and calendar management
