About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive screenings and admissions to our facility.
  • Engage with new and existing referral sources to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and treatment programs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategy and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle report and auto insurance.
  • Previous experience working with addictions or dual diagnosis preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
