About the Role

The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical support for our C-Arm products, resolving over-the-phone technical issues and escalating complex cases to field engineers and sales representatives as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address product defects and quality control measures
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issue resolutions
About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited university
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
