Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

At Acorn Stairlifts, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on product usage and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex technical requests and customer complaints to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
