We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional customer service, and helping them find the perfect furniture for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with personalized sales recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Commission Retail Sales Experience: 1+ year of experience in commission-based retail sales.
  • Persuasive Selling Style: Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and close sales.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in using computer software and systems to manage sales and customer data.
  • Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
