Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team at Vexus Fiber. As a key member of our business-to-business sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and gather feedback from customers or prospects
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Management and leadership skills, with a high degree of integrity and accountability
- Ability to overcome objections and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Valid Driver's license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
