Job Description Summary

CLEAResult is a mission-driven organization leading the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future. We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Partner Diversity Regional Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs) to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and build relationships with Diverse Businesses (DBEs) interested in becoming regional partners.
  • Develop and execute a regional engagement strategy and communication approach with SDBs.
  • Formally engage a target number of DBEs in regional partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various business functions to identify and include DBEs for opportunities to support proposal and program requirements.
  • Work with program and proposal teams to interpret SDB requirements in requests for proposal and develop diversity goals, participation plans, and other required documentation.
  • Manage workloads, priorities, and deadline requirements to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Monitor adherence to diversity plan goals on active, reportable programs during contract execution.
  • Analyze data and produce monthly, quarterly, and semiannual reports for internal analysis and reporting.
  • Deliver training initiatives to educate internal stakeholders on SDB and diversity requirements.
  • Assist in compliance reviews with Internal/External Audit and other oversight agencies.
  • Collect and disseminate partner capability and pursuit information.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years' relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree or related experience (bachelor's degree minimally required).
  • Experience in developing DBE Subcontracting and Participation Plans and DBE Subcontract Reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve projects cost, performance, and schedule requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business.
Compensation

$85,000 - $105,000 / annual + bonus

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
