Regional Sales Representative, DFS

About This Opportunity:
This sales position is responsible for dealer relations and sales production for a designated dealer network. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Vice President of Ag Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals for finance volume while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability.
- Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships and resulting transactions through regular personal visits.
- Train dealers in DFS procedures and programs and update the training as procedures and programs change.
- Exhibit professional behavior, conscientious about punctuality & attendance, demonstrates strong commitment to customer service and promotes positive working relationships.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role.
Requirements:
- A travel commitment, in this role we require 75% of the time on the job traveling. A company vehicle and cell phone will be provided to do business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Agricultural Business, or a related/applicable field preferred.
- An agricultural background that includes knowledge of farm machinery and/or operations is beneficial.
- An understanding of finance and insurance products a plus.
- Applicants must be high energy, take the initiative, and exhibit leadership and organizational qualities.
- Excellent human relations and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
