Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for dealer relations and sales production for a designated dealer network within the agricultural industry.

About This Role:

  • Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
  • Train dealers in procedures and programs to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Exhibit professional behavior, commitment to customer service, and promote positive relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations related to sales and customer interactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be willing to travel extensively for business purposes, with a provided company vehicle and necessary equipment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or agriculture, is preferred.
  • Agricultural background and knowledge of farm machinery are beneficial for understanding the industry and its needs.
  • Understanding of finance and insurance products is a plus, as it will enable the candidate to provide valuable insights and solutions to customers.
  • High energy, initiative-taker with leadership qualities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
