Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our team at CVS Health. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct accurate assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and other recommended vaccines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care to patients.
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
