Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes additional factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Job Description:
The Senior Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for implementing and providing direct guidance regarding specific tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of ATRRS. The Project Manager is also responsible for the integration of operational changes into the baseline system architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Five years of experience successfully managing projects involving a similar size, scope, magnitude, complexity, and technical architecture as this PWS requires.
- Five years of experience in establishing and administering a Quality Control program to ensure services conform to contract requirements and applicable Government standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems design, development, testing, and implementation projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis/programming in Mainframe/Host/Cloud environment, Windows environment, and Web integration on state-of-the-art computers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of database management systems, and specifically, DB2 and SQL Servers; systems analysis and design; database design tools; and web integration of mainframe data sources.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IBM COBOL, FOCUS, DB2, Visual Basic, SAS, CICS Transaction Server, NIPRNET, SQL Server, and related products.
- Demonstrated knowledge of .NET development and integration.
