Native American Programs Project Lead

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Consultant to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.
This role will be part of a team providing essential administrative, logistical, and communications services to the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) Office of the Commissioner and programmatic support to ANA's Program Offices, including program management and services to ANA grant applicants and recipients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ANA Office of the Commissioner.
- Staff are heavily engaged in research and analysis as well as event planning and other special projects for ANA.
- Must possess executive level, professional writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to write specialized and technical reports for various audiences, including ANA, ACF, HHS, Congress, and the general public.
- Will use presentation skills with the ability to professionally represent ANA on committees and workgroups.
- Responsible for managing projects and contract staff to effective completion of tasks and deliverables, help manage expenses, and ensure that contractor employees fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure deliverables are delivered on-time, effectively communicate with stakeholders, the Contracting Officer Representative(s), Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Senior Advisor/Chief of Staff, Program Managers.
- Document projects processes using project management tools and ensure top-quality results and project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience can compensate and/or support education.
