Compassionate Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Admissions Department at Halifax Health - Hospice. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of terminally ill patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide holistic care for patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that prioritize patient-centered goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospice services and advance professional nursing practice.
- Current licensure as an RN in the State of Florida.
- Associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and professionalism in patient interactions.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
