Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Clinical Education Specialist. This role is responsible for coordinating education and training for all employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities
- Conducts monthly orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Presents educational programs to various disciplines, promoting a deep understanding of our hospice philosophy and operations.
- Develops and implements competency-based training programs, addressing specific needs and requirements.
- Evaluates staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support.
- Maintains up-to-date clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Attends industry conferences and workshops, staying current on best practices and research findings.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hospice or a related field.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
