### Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist at Halifax Health, you can expect a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This comprehensive compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

### Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide expert care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Providing education to patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information

### Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN license in the State of Florida
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
  • Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
