Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services to individual customers in your assigned territory. You will utilize your advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services to promote and sell offerings to individual customers, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, independently establishing and organizing daily sales activities and generating business through established and approved methods of lead generation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
  • Must be able to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
