Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to deliver an exceptional experience for our patients by building relationships and providing high-quality product education. Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming calls
• Coordinating patient appointments
• Educating patients about their treatment options
• Adhering to office protocols and procedures
• Ensuring a tidy clinical and waiting area

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and be adaptable, as the role requires versatility. Availability on Saturdays may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in retail
• Background in medical practices is a plus, but not essential
• Genuine interest in skincare products
• Enthusiasm for the facial aesthetics industry
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service

Annual salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
