Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Representative:
Manage a specific territory as designated by the Account Sales Director.

Conduct thorough market analysis for the assigned area, create a territory profile, and implement field marketing strategies to boost awareness, outreach, and visibility for our client. Collaborate with the Account Sales Director and fellow leaders within the Field Sales Team to establish and achieve outreach targets, assess results, and review performance.

Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with the client. Understand their sales objectives, clearly communicate planned initiatives, and provide regular updates on progress.

Execute daily field operations to support established outreach metrics.

Engage in training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department. Ensure that all field sales strategies adhere to our client's guidelines and standards, representing them positively with the utmost integrity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the Entry-Level Sales Representative:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management is preferred unless you possess 1+ years of direct experience in the field.

At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing role is essential. Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire diverse audiences. Goal-oriented, resilient, and maintain high standards for personal and team performance.

A passion for our mission and core values is essential. Proficiency in communication and software platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs is expected upon completion of initial training. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is vital.
