Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities are crucial, as the EpicCare Prelude Specialist will interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clinical staff and IT professionals. The ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences is important.

Certifications: EpicCare Prelude certification is preferred.
