Frontline Sales and Service Representative

We are a leading retail management company seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who can work up to 8 hours per shift, standing for most of the time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Main Responsibilities and Duties- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using electronic cash registers and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively at an eighth-grade level.
- Eighth-grade level math competency for making change and completing shift reports.
- Sufficient visual acuity to check identification and process money orders.
- Good personal grooming habits and a professional demeanor.
