We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Community Services of America, CSA. As a Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing your personal territory, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in small businesses across Iowa.

Compensation Package:
- Earnings Potential: $60,000 to over $100,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of outside sales success or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Faith and Integrity: Strong work ethic and personal integrity, prioritizing serving others and building trust
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
