Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the office furniture market.
    2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    3. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  2. Customer Needs Assessment:
    1. Meet with clients to understand their office furniture needs and workspace requirements.
    2. Provide expert advice on product options, layouts, and design solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
  3. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
    1. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of office furniture solutions.
    2. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to the client's needs.
  4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    1. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    2. Closing sales and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
    2. Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Market and Product Knowledge:
    1. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors.
    2. Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the office furniture or interior design industry preferred, but willing to train.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
