Randstad USA Careers is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division in Milwaukee, WI. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will work on-site at our client's location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They will listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. As an on-site extension of the client's HR function, this role manages all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of employees.

This role requires building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, understanding their business, processes, policies, and strategic direction. The successful candidate will create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs and consistently execute recruiting plans to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent. Additional responsibilities include screening and selecting candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts, complying with operational standards and employment laws and regulations, and providing innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting, preferably with 1+ year in high-volume recruiting or staffing. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, be able to develop strong working relationships, and effectively prioritize workload. Experience managing complex client situations and presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups is also essential.
