Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role at Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. (DRI), responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth. This individual will cultivate strong professional relationships with Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, and other industry leaders to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate connections and relationships with commercial decision-makers, centers of influence, and referral partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Responsible for stewarding existing client/partner base and creating new account relationships.
  • Manages the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships and stewarding the customer experience.
  • Delivers effective, consultative sales meetings in person and plans and manages appointment schedules.
  • Maintains exceptional internal and external customer communication and accurate sales documentation.
  • Provides professional after-sales support to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meets/exceeds monthly sales quotas and goals.
  • Creates sales activity reports and analyzes and implements business development opportunities and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.
  • Majority of time spent on outside sales calls, may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility managers/property owners preferred but not required.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Exchange, Google).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position.
  • Marketing and customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Professional appearance and decorum.
  • Results-driven attitude and a self-starter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
