Talent Acquisition Manager for Sales

As a Lead Sales Recruiter at Mark Spain Real Estate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and selecting top-tier real estate agents through diverse channels and events
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals
- Managing multiple sources of candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
- Working closely with our sales leaders to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing exceptional support and service throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales recruitment, with a strong background in recruiting high-volume sales representatives or agents in the real estate or mortgage industry. You will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will also require a strong understanding of the real estate industry, including knowledge of 1099 employment and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
This is a full-time position requiring 100% on-site presence at our market center Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend and evening availability as needed. You will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities and benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
