We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting top-tier talent with businesses and utilizing modern recruitment tools and sales techniques.

This role requires building strong relationships with clients and understanding their workforce needs while delivering exceptional service. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, alongside a track record in sales or recruitment.

About the Role:

  • Drive Success with Modern Tools: Utilize cutting-edge technology, social media, and virtual platforms to recruit top talent and sell our workforce solutions.
  • Build Relationships with Clients: Identify and engage companies in need of Randstad's workforce services, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with hiring managers and key decision-makers to understand their needs and fill roles with precision.
  • Take Action & Deliver Results: Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to ensure the success of your clients.
  • Solve Workforce Challenges: Listen closely to diagnose gaps in client teams and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Leverage your sales skills to ensure that our services deliver maximum value to clients while securing strong placements for talent.
  • Recruit and Retain Talent: Use innovative sourcing methods to identify, interview, and place candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients' needs.
  • Make an Impact: Help candidates thrive by guiding them to the right job, ensuring long-term career success, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of professional sales experience (bonus points if you've worked in staffing or recruitment before).
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • A track record of excellence in sales, recruitment, or any past experience.
  • Digital savvy with comfort using Google Suite applications and digital tools to engage clients, track metrics, and improve processes.
  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
