We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Strategist to drive our go-to-market hiring for Northspyre.
About the OpportunityIn this role, you will partner closely with our leadership team to understand business objectives, anticipate hiring needs, and develop winning talent strategies.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer success roles, from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing top performers.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience with significant focus on GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies and a track record of consistently closing competitive candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
