About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Tibbott & Richardson. As an Inside Sales Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers.
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved.
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies.
Requirements
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases.
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,000 - $137,000 based on industry standards and location.
