About the Job

The Territory Development Representative role at Ole Mexican Foods, INC is a full-time position that requires a self-motivated sales team member with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers to drive sales growth and profitability in their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales budgets and deliver high-quality customer service to various customer accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage prospects to acquire new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
  • Evaluate and implement effective strategies to minimize Out-of-Stock (OOS) report deficiencies and optimize product rotation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required; 1+ years' experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
  • Able to carry 20-40 pounds and maintain a professional demeanor representing clients.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
