Sales Development Representative with Unlimited Earning Potential

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Development Representative to join our team at Beemac Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Negotiate rates with carrier partners and valued clients.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential, providing limitless earning opportunities based on performance. Requirements:
- A college degree is preferred, but relevant advanced sales or industry experience will be considered.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
