About the Role:

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to establish profitable growth and develop market penetration for WEG Commercial products in the assigned territory. This role will continuously grow "share of wallet" with existing customers, define optimal markets and offerings, and develop ideal customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish profitable growth and develop market penetration for WEG Commercial products in the assigned territory.
Continuously grow "share of wallet" with existing customers.
Define optimal markets and offerings for respective pursuits and develop ideal customer profiles.
Identify project opportunities and communicate throughout the organization as appropriate.

Requirements:

5+ years of applicable industrial Sales/Engineering experience in power transmission products.
Excellent communication skills at all levels and all disciplines of an organization.
Ability and willingness to travel 50%-70%.
