About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Strategy & Operations team in NYC.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and process improvement.

This is a hybrid role that requires analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams to support Aircall's strategic plan definition and execution.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational questions from GTM leadership globally
  • Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite and GTM leadership
  • Define and own incentive framework, target attainment, and capacity planning models
  • Frame and automate weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team
  • Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes and analytics
  • Design, launch, and lead global transformation programs to improve the GTM operating model
