Revenue Growth Operations Specialist

As a Revenue and Deal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the contracting process, implementing improvements, and executing contract reviews to ensure compliance with rate cards and corporate policies. You will work closely with Account Executives and the legal team to validate contracts, manage booking processes, and own contract-related data in Salesforce and IronClad. Additionally, you will identify automation opportunities and work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals. If you have experience in Revenue Operations, Accounting, Finance, or Audit roles and possess excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is $157,500, considering the location and industry standards. The comprehensive benefits package includes equity, medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100%, fully paid parental leave, commuter benefits, 401k benefits, and a monthly fitness stipend.
