**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project. The successful candidate will have expertise in Agile project management, technology implementations, and cross-functional team management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple workstreams and projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain complex project plans with dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement MES solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage budgets, financials, and capex/opex, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Utilize collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Teams, to facilitate communication and information sharing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive management, steering committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to executive management and steering committees, ensuring effective communication of project status and progress.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementations and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
