**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at TekWissen Group. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress against plan, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project goals, results, and progress to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • A B.S. degree in a relevant scientific field, such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or bioengineering, with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a M.S. degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within well-defined and established procedures and policies in order to determine and take appropriate action.
