**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this critical project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams and projects in parallel, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including technology implementation, Agile experience, and global/multiple geography implementation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate budget management, including capex, opex, accruals, POs, and invoices.
  • Utilize collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project, to build complex project plans and manage dependencies.
  • Develop and implement risk management and escalation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with executive management, steering committee members, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementation and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
