**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Monitor progress against plan, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate ideas, project goals, and results to team members across functions and departments, including device development, packaging, quality, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, senior management, and external partners or customers.

**Requirements:**

  • B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, bioengineering, or a related scientific field with 8+ years of relevant experience / M.S. degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management skill and experience in Medical Devices/Pharma/Biotech – Engineering background.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
