Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Senior Technician to join our team at TRIMEDX. As a key member of our clinical engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding and directing the clinical equipment program in a single hospital and/or multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the work of technicians in assigned locations while working under the supervision of the Site Manager or Sr. Site Manager.
  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of highly complex medical equipment and systems, independent of technical supervision.
  • Provide assistance with managing daily operations of the team, including scheduling staff schedules, scheduled equipment maintenance, and project implementation.
  • Educate others, including clinical staff, related to the technical integration of medical systems.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience required.
  • Technical Certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, or CLES preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
  • Must have CE experience and knowledge and an ability to influence others.
  • Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical engineering staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
