About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Ground Operations Specialist to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our pumping equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain pumping equipment, including fluid pumps and other related equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pumping equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes and Tanker endorsement preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role will be primarily outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions. The employee will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to hazardous materials and equipment.

The noise level in the work environment will be moderate to high, and the employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
